[Amazon Product API] Decreased Success Rate

Identified - While error rates remain slightly elevated, we have seen a large increase in the number of successful searches. We are working to bring these rates back to expected values.

[Google Shopping Light API] Performance Degradation

Update - We’re continuing to work on a fix to restore normal response times for the Google Shopping Light API. At this time, the issue should no longer be affecting other APIs.

Identified - The issue occurred due to changes from Google's side. We've made some temporary adjustements that should resolve the problem for the majority of APIs. Response times and success rates should be improving. Google Shopping and Google Shopping Light APIs may still be degraded or not function as expected. Identified - We are experiencing a performance degradation that started around 3:00 AM PST, primarily affecting a couple of our Google APIs, including but not limited to Google Search API, Google Light Search API, Google Images API, Google Jobs API. Latency peaked around 8:00 AM PST.

Our team is continuing to apply optimizations to ensure latency returns to expected levels. Response times seem to be improving. We're continuing to monitor this.

Monitoring - We experienced a performance degradation starting around 5:00 AM PST, primarily affecting our Google Search and Google Search Light APIs. Latency peaked around 7:00 AM PST.

Our team is continuing to apply optimizations to ensure latency returns to expected levels. Response times have been steadily improving since then. We're continuing to monitor this.

[Google Search API] Empty or video/image-only results for valid searches when "gl" or "hl" parameters are used

Resolved - This incident has been resolved - we are unable to reproduce it and haven't recieved any further reports. That said, be sure to reach out if you are still seeing this behavior.
