Identified - Google Light response times have returned to normal. However, some responses may still return empty results, as documented here: https://github.com/serpapi/public-roadmap/issues/4032.

You may also continue to experience elevated response times across some of our Google-based APIs.

This issue is related to recent changes from Google, as well as an issue affecting one or more of our upstream service providers.

Our engineers are actively working on a fix, and we'll continue to provide updates as progress is made.

[Google Light Search API] Empty search results with the start pagination parameter

Monitoring - Our team has deployed fixes for an issue impacting multiple APIs. Success rates and response times are recovering. We are closely monitoring the platform to ensure stability. Some requests may still see elevated latency as systems fully recover.

Investigating - We’re investigating an issue affecting the Google Light Search API in which some paginated searches using search operators may return empty results. Our team is actively working to identify the cause and restore normal functionality.

Resolved - The performance issues affecting Home Depot API & Home Depot Product API have been resolved. Response times and success rates have returned to normal levels.
